A position earned through ambition, built on strong foundations, and protected with purpose. The visual turns the summit into a symbol of ascent — the mountain and planted flag representing achievement, while the shield frames the strength needed to protect and build on that position.
Protect as the bold anchor, Our as the connective centre, and Position as the foundation. The road moving forward reinforces continued growth, while the upward peaks and flag signal leadership, achievement, and staying ahead. Built for Encore’s MCM Annual Summit — protecting what we’ve earned while strengthening our position for what comes next.
